Bruschetta with Lemnos Crumbled Fetta

Embrace your creative side with Lemnos Crumbled Fetta.
Ingredients:
- 200 g vine ripened tomatoes
- 1/2 medium red onion
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- A small handful of baby basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 slices of crusty bread
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 150 g Lemnos Crumbled Fetta
Method:
- Rustically chop the tomatoes and red onion.
- Combine with the olive oil, basil and balsamic vinegar.
- Toast the crusty bread until golden and while it is still warm rub the bread with garlic.
- Generously spread the tomato mix on the toast and top with Lemnos Crumbled Fetta and mixed herbs.
- Serve.
