Beetroot, Rocket, Walnut and Lemnos Crumbled Fetta Salad

Embrace your creative side with Lemnos Crumbled Fetta.
Ingredients:
- 250 g precooked beetroot
- 100 g rocket leaves
- 80 g Lemnos crumbled fetta
- 50 g walnuts
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp seeded mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- salt and (pepper to taste)
Method:
- Combine extra virgin olive oil, white wine vinegar, seeded mustard, honey, salt and pepper to make the dressing
- In a mixing bowl combine the beetroot, rocket leaves, Lemnos crumbled betta and walnuts and dress the salad.
- Serve.
